Inc. works in conjunction with criminal defense attorneys in preparing
presentence memoranda for state and federal courts.
The written reports provide mitigating factors and
recommendations for alternatives or downward departures in criminal
cases. ASC, Inc. also
provides services for inmates who are incarcerated in correctional
facilities seeking assistance before the Board of Parole or Department
of Correction issues.
Lecture before county, state and
national bar associations on alternatives to incarceration, public
policy and criminal justice issues.
